Ottawa criticized for 'abandoning' Africa

TORONTO - Canada’s two main opposition parties, the New Democratic Party and the Liberal Party have laid it on the ruling Conservatives for “abandoning” Africa in preference for Latin America when it comes to aid and development partnership.
