Welcome all to this Blog. I attribute the creation of this blog to myself, yet the forum is for all people with different progressive ideas. By progressive, I do not mean superior ideas, but ideas that are generated through brainstorming, discussion and engaging each other for the good of Zimbabwe, Africa and the world. Although I have a passion for Zimbabwe, just like many others, the problems in Zimbabwe are not unique to our country but a manifestation of the wider struggles around the world.

We therefore do not need to tear each other apart but work together - very cautious of some Zimbabweans with a mercenary attitude collaborating with foreign interests set on infiltrating and dividing us.

While the forum is open 24/7 for discussion, each week on Fridays I would be writing an opinion article under the banner, The Flip Side, on a selected particular matter. My contributions focus on a broad number of issues, political, social and economic. Although I declare that I could be classified as a leftist, I am more persuaded by facts than mere ideological inclinations.

I have a bias towards issues, just like everybody else, and anyone engaging each other or me should understand that. It is not a crime or scandal to have a bias but merely demonstrates a certain world viewpoint informed by our circumstances and backgrounds. It is incumbent upon each one of us to engage and explore the ideas that inform our biases, aiming to get the way forward for Zimbabwe, Africa and the World. It does not take profanity to successfully engage each other. I look forward to vigorous and progressive debates.
