Ecuador Leader Sides Against Chevron
QUITO, Ecuador — Ecuador's new leftist president voiced his support for the plaintiffs in a contamination lawsuit against U.S. oil company Chevron Corp. for allegedly dumping billions of gallons of waste in the country's Amazon jungle.
